  • We provide a wide range of IT support services, including system troubleshooting, network setup and monitoring, hardware installation, cybersecurity solutions, cloud management, data backup and recovery, and help desk support for both remote and on-site needs.
  • Our support team is available from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. For urgent issues, we offer priority support based on your service level agreement (SLA).
  • We are available from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM to carry out out-of-hours work, minimizing disruption to customers and services. Please note that this may incur additional costs depending on your coverage plan.
  • First, check your internet connection and ensure you’re using the correct login credentials. If the issue persists, try resetting your password or clearing your browser cache. If none of these steps work, contact our support team for assistance.
  • Go to the login page of the affected system and click the “Forgot Password” link. Follow the prompts to receive a password reset email or SMS. For added security, create a strong, unique password. If you need help, our support team can guide you through the process.
  • Start by restarting your router and checking if the issue affects all devices. Ensure no large downloads or streaming services are consuming bandwidth. If the problem persists, contact your internet service provider (ISP). If you suspect it’s a network configuration issue, we’re here to help.
